Job Summary

Roche is looking for highly proficient French-speaking professionals to join its international voice support process. The ideal candidate must hold a French C1 certification and have at least 1 year of experience in an international customer service or voice process.

The role requires excellent French communication skills, solid customer-handling abilities, and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide professional support in French through voice calls.

Communicate effectively with international customers and stakeholders.

Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve queries within defined timelines.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, and service delivery.

Document customer interactions accurately and follow established process guidelines.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Mandatory Requirements





French Language Certification: C1 level mandatory.

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international process.

Prior experience in a voice process is mandatory.

Excellent spoken and written French communication skills.

Good English communication skills.

Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work from the office.

Flexibility to work rotational shifts and rotational week-off.

Critical Screening Criteria

- Valid French C1 certification.

- Comfortable with WFO, rotational shifts, and rotational week-offs.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
