- Operate and set up the Roll-to-Roll Printing Machine.

- Perform machine setup and job changeovers as per production requirements.

- Ensure proper material loading, alignment and printing registration.

- Monitor print quality, color consistency and registration.

- Identify and resolve basic printing defects and machine issues.

- Minimize material wastage, rejection and rework.

- Maintain production records and perform routine machine cleaning.

- Follow quality standards, safety procedures and 5S practices.

Requirements

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / HSC or equivalent.

- Experience: 1–3 years in Roll-to-Roll Printing or a similar printing machine.

- Knowledge of printing processes, inks, registration and material handling.

- Positive attention to detail and quality consciousness.

- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
