Job Summary

Roche is hiring customer service professionals for its International BPO Voice Process. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an international BPO voice process, along with good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Maintain skilled communication and deliver excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update information accurately in the system.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO.
- Voice process experience is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.




- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate customer support systems.
- Willingness to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile Candidates with prior international BPO voice experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar voice-based process.

Critical Screening Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience.
- Previous voice process experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- Comfortable with WFO and the required shift schedule.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
