Suncasa is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Retail Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, assist customers, drive sales, and ensure an excellent in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements to provide suitable product recommendations.
Handle customer queries, product demonstrations, and sales transactions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Maintain product displays, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and coordination for stock availability.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and basic store documentation.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up on enquiries to convert them into sales.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth day-to-day store operations.
Coordinate with the store manager and other team members to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
Gujarati language proficiency is mandatory.
Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service will be preferred.
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or POS systems.
Sales-oriented attitude with a willingness to achieve targets.
Presentable, qualified, and customer-friendly personality.
