Role Description:

GIVA is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our jewellery retail store in Kengeri, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales, revenue growth, and achievement of store targets.
- Lead, motivate,



and manage the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and store standards.
- Monitor store performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and SOPs.

Requirements:

- Experience in retail store management, preferably in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
- Robust sales, team management, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to drive business targets and manage store operations independently.
