Role Description The Retail Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon and is responsible for overseeing daily store operations across Manam Chocolate retail locations. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising visual merchandising, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with store operating procedures.

Manager will track sales performance, analyze store metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.



The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service, handling escalation of customer issues, and supporting marketing and promotional activities within the stores.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Retail Operations and Store Management to effectively oversee daily store activities and performance.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize processes, manage resources, and interpret sales and operational data.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to uphold a premium in-store experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Experience in team leadership, staff training, and performance management in a retail or hospitality setting is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management tools, and basic financial reporting is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment are essential.
