Role Description This full-time Retail Merchandiser role is an on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Retail

Merchandiser will plan and implement product displays, ensure stock levels are maintained, and support visual merchandising across the showroom or retail space.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales trends, coordinating with the production and sales teams to align inventory with demand, and organizing promotions or seasonal collections. The role involves regular interaction with customers and staff to present products effectively, maintain store standards,



and contribute to an engaging shopping experience.

The Retail

Merchandiser will also assist in gathering feedback on product performance and market preferences to help refine future assortments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Retail and Sales skills to manage merchandising activities, drive product visibility, and support sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Sales & Marketing skills to assist in in-store promotions, visual campaigns, and product positioning.
- Knowledge of fashion or textile products, especially ethnic wear, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced retail environment, with attention to detail and a focus on visual presentation.
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, or showroom management is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in relevant software tools or POS systems and comfort with inventory tracking is an advantage.
