The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in sales and business development.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential retail clients and local businesses to promote the company's IT services.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant service offerings.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to support lead conversion.
- Coordinate with the internal team for client meetings and service-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, lead status, and follow-up activities.




- Work towards assigned lead-generation and sales targets.

Requirements

- MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in client interaction and relationship management.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas for client meetings.
- A positive attitude, professional approach, and willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and IT services.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in retail sales or field sales is an added advantage.
