About the Role

Heaven’s Park Multi Cuisine Restaurant is looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, maintain service standards, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, food costs, and wastage.

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.

Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.

Monitor sales, revenue, and operational expenses.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.

Maintain discipline and operational efficiency.





Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the multi-cuisine restaurant industry.

Proven experience in restaurant operations and team management.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and cost control.

Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Customer-focused attitude and excellent organizational skills.
