Restaurant Captain – Guest Relations & Service

We are looking for 1 experienced Restaurant Captain with excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills to join our team at Brisa by the Beach.

The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with guests, managing the service team, handling guest requests, and delivering a premium dining and beachside hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Build strong relationships with guests and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with domestic and international clients.
- Supervise waiters and stewards to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Coordinate table allocation, orders, food service, and billing.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Recommend menu items, cocktails, and special offers to increase sales.
- Coordinate with the manager and kitchen team for efficient service.




- Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and team discipline.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and guest-handling skills.
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Waiter.
- Valuable knowledge of restaurant service, food, and beverages.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and leadership qualities.
- Ability to handle premium guests and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Someone who is confident, well-presented, guest-focused, and capable of creating memorable hospitality experiences while leading the service team.
