Role Description The Resort Manager role at Vivaham 360 is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Resort

Manager oversees daily resort operations, ensuring smooth functioning of guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and event support teams. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, coordinating with wedding and event planners, and ensuring all facilities are prepared for ceremonies, receptions, and related functions.

Manager manages property upkeep, monitors budgets, controls costs, and ensures compliance with safety and quality guidelines. The role also includes hiring, training,



and supervising staff, resolving guest issues, and collaborating with vendors to deliver exceptional wedding and resort experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Experience in Property Management, including overseeing facilities, maintenance, and overall resort presentation.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control to manage resort finances, forecasts, and operational expenditures.
- Ability to lead Hiring activities, including recruiting, onboarding, and developing resort team members.
- Prior experience in resort, hotel, or event venue management, ideally within weddings or large-scale events.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and activities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event-driven schedules.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
