Job OverviewGreat Minds Event Management is looking for a detail-oriented Researcher & Content Analyst to join our India office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting industry research, verifying statistical data, and independently developing professional research papers, white papers, industry reports, and thought leadership content.

The role requires excellent research capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to transform complex industry information into accurate, well-structured, and professionally written publications.

Key Responsibilities1. Research &

- Data Verification

- Conduct in-depth research across industries including infrastructure, construction, energy, technology, architecture, finance, and government initiatives.
- Collect, analyse, and verify information from credible sources, including government publications, industry reports, academic papers, and official databases.
- Fact-check statistics, figures, claims, and references before publication.
- Cross-reference information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
- Identify current industry trends, developments, challenges, and opportunities.
- Maintain organised research databases and reference materials.

Research

Papers &

• White Paper Development
- Independently research, structure, write, and finalise professional white papers and industry publications.
- Develop comprehensive research papers supported by verified facts, statistics, case studies, and references.
- Prepare executive summaries, market overviews, industry insights, and analytical reports.
- Convert technical information into clear, engaging, professional content.
- Ensure all publications follow consistent formatting, referencing, and editorial standards.




- Work with the design team to convert completed papers into professionally designed publications.

Content

Development &

• Reporting
- Develop industry reports, event-related research documents, and post-event reports.
- Research and prepare content for conference brochures, event websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Produce original thought leadership articles and analytical content.
- Support infographic development by supplying accurate statistics and verified data.
- Review existing publications to identify outdated information and recommend updates.

Quality

Assurance &

• Fact-Checking
- Verify the accuracy of research papers, reports, and statistical claims.
- Ensure every significant fact and statistic is supported by a reliable, traceable source.
- Review content for consistency, clarity, relevance, and factual correctness.
- Resolve conflicting information through additional research.
- Ensure publications are original and free from plagiarism.
- Use AI-assisted research tools responsibly, independently verifying all generated information.

Required Qualifications & • Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Research, Journalism, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in research, industry analysis, technical writing, or professional content development.
- Proven experience writing research papers, white papers, or analytical reports.
- Excellent written English and skilled editing skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and fact-checking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.




- Ability to interpret statistics and industry data.
- Familiarity with professional referencing and citation methods.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects independently.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B events, conferences, consulting, market research, or publishing.
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern and international markets.
- Ability to create charts, tables, and data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with research databases and government statistical portals.
- Experience using AI research tools while maintaining factual accuracy.
