Reservation Executive –

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Wildzone Stays offers private villas, pool villas, holiday homes, and other staycation experiences in Munnar.

We are looking for a confident and friendly Reservation Executive to handle guest enquiries and help customers book their preferred stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from guests through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Ask guests about their preferred travel dates and stay requirements.
- Share property photos, videos with interested guests.
- Confirm bookings after receiving the advance payment.

Requirements
- Fluent Malayalam and English communication is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.
- Good telephone communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use WhatsApp.




- Confidence in speaking with customers and following up on enquiries.
- A responsible, positive, and customer-friendly attitude.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Previous experience in reservations, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.

What We Offer

- Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month, based on performance and skills.
- Additional incentives for bookings.
- Fixed working hours: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
