Role & responsibilities

- Lead R&D;, product development and innovation strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive NPD across dairy, functional foods, nutrition and wellness categories.
- Identify emerging consumer trends, ingredients, technologies and global innovations.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from concept and formulation to scale-up and commercialization.
- Develop differentiated products focusing on taste, nutrition, quality, functionality and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Manufacturing and Operations for product launches, process optimization and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, quality and regulatory standards.
- Drive product renovation, reformulation, shelf-life enhancement and cost optimization.
- Build and mentor a high-performing R&D; team while managing external research and technology partnerships.

Candidate Profile: 8-15 years of relevant experience in Food/Dairy/FMCG/Nutrition, with a postgraduate qualification in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Food Science or a related field. Dairy or Healthy food experience is must
