Position: Research Analyst Intern – Chemistry

Educational Qualifications

B.Sc./M.Sc./M.Tech. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines.

Required Technical Skills

- Laboratory Testing: Hands-on experience in chemical analysis, sample preparation, reagent preparation and analytical testing.
- Chemical Synthesis: Understanding of chemical reactions, synthesis procedures, reaction mechanisms and experimental validation.
- Analytical Instrumentation: Familiarity with UV-Vis spectroscopy, pH meters, conductivity meters and other laboratory instruments.
- Water & Wastewater Analysis: Knowledge of COD, BOD, TDS, TSS, turbidity, heavy metals and other physicochemical parameters.
- Research & Literature Review: Ability to review scientific publications, identify research gaps and develop experimental methodologies.
- Scientific Documentation: Preparation of laboratory reports, technical documentation, experimental observations and research summaries.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel, Origin or MATLAB for scientific data processing and visualization.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments, chemical synthesis and analytical testing.




- Support R&D; activities related to industrial wastewater treatment and environmental technologies.
- Perform sample preparation, instrument calibration and experimental validation.
- Conduct scientific literature reviews and prepare technical research reports.
- Maintain laboratory records, experimental datasets and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the R&D; team on prototype development and performance evaluation.
