Competency:

This position is tasked with conducting transactional processing of sales orders for service (maintenance) contracts & coordinating with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of approved field demands within defined SLAs as per Order Intake framework. This position involves in-depth review of technical specifications & commercial clauses while processing any order booking. Due to this, prior experience of working in similar order booking process in elevator industry is preferred for rapid ramp-up towards productivity. Minimum Experience - In Years:
