We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to manage Software and Hardware Renewals for Existing accounts and accounts-related functions for our US operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely renewal for Software and Licenses for existing customers, maintain vendor relationships, and support the operations and finance team with timely renewal of existing devices so they do not loose connectivity . This role requires solid organizational skills, customer service expertise , financial acumen, and familiarity with US procurement standards and accounting practices.
A Renewal Specialist manages customer contract renewals for Software and licensing , ensuring timely and accurate execution. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for upselling. Expertise in customer service and sales is essential A Renewal Specialist with broadly must execute following duties
1. Identify the Customers before 60-90 days prior to License and Software Subscription expiration
2. Maintain a master sheet with expiration dates and follow the sheet for getting renewal quotes to customers on time
3.
Coordinate with Vendor to get Renewal Quotes and accordingly make Quotes and present to customer
4. Follow with customer to approve the quotes and process payment
5. Coordinate with accounting to make sure timely payment is received so we can renew the licenses and software in time before expiration
6. Make sure to add additional processing fees and charges if not approved and paid on time
7. Finally renew the Licenses and Software with the Vendor and update the Master Sheet
8. Submit report to Management on Monthly basis
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, customer service ,procurement and/or accounting roles (preferably in US-based operations).
- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
