Job Role
- Driving Retail Assets sales (Auto Loan, PL )
- Achieving monthly sales target of the Branch according the Budget.
- Educate Branch Resource activation on Retail Assets Products.
- Generate leads into potential customer over the telephone and attending queries on loans from walk-in Customers.
- Conducting marketing activities and ensuring positive leads conversions
- Focus on given target on number, disbursal, and volume
- Ability to explain complex information about product simply & clearly.
- Regular strong follow ups on Leads / Logins & Disbursement.
- To generate fresh idea of increasing Asset Cross – Sell on existing CASA Database.
- Co-ordination with credit team, OPS team, and RCU for timely sanction, disbursal and maintaining daily MIS
