We are hiring for a boutique Investment Banking firm in Mumbai for its Buy Side team. This opportunity is ideal for Corporate Banking professionals looking to leverage their client relationships, credit understanding and deal experience in a transaction-focused role.

Role Snapshot

- Location: Mumbai
- Experience: 6–8 years
- CTC: ₹35–37 LPA
- Qualification: MBA from a Tier-1 institute
- Background: Banks / Financial Institutions

What You’ll Work On

- Originate new business and build relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand financing requirements and structure suitable solutions.
- Work on credit appraisal, financial analysis and transaction structuring.
- Engage with Banks, NBFCs, funds,



and key stakeholders for deal execution.
- Manage transactions from origination through execution and closure.

Who We’re Looking For

- 6–8 years in Corporate Banking, Corporate Lending, Structured Finance or similar B2B financing roles.
- Strong corporate relationship management and deal origination exposure.
- Positive understanding of credit, financial analysis and financing structures.
- Strong client-facing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute.
