About the RolePreemptive Technofield Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales, expand regional business, and develop strategic customer relationships across the IT solutions and services domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal coordination, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Develop new business opportunities across enterprise, Government, and PSU accounts.
- Drive sales of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Data Center, Cloud, AV, and Managed Services.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, consultants, OEMs, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve regional revenue and profitability targets while expanding the customer base.
- Lead and manage sales teams, maintain sales pipelines, and prepare revenue forecasts.
- Coordinate with presales, technical, procurement,



and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in IT System Integration (SI) and Enterprise Solutions Sales.
- Strong experience in end-to-end B2B sales and business development.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
- Experience handling enterprise clients, Government departments, and PSUs.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, data center, and cloud solutions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, client management, and team-handling skills.
