Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in industrial B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing industrial customers, generating new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence across assigned regions throughout Pan India.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities in industrial markets through field visits and customer meetings.
- Identify and approach industrial clients.
- Generate leads, develop customer relationships, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Promote the company's industrial products and solutions to B2B customers.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage existing accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and current business opportunities.
- Maintain regular field visit reports, sales pipeline updates, and customer records in CRM.
- Travel across assigned territories as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial B2B sales.
- Candidates must have prior experience selling industrial products to businesses, factories, or industrial customers.
- Strong knowledge of industrial sales processes, lead generation, customer handling, and order conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales across assigned regions.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Important Eligibility Criteria Note: Candidates with experience in industrial B2B product sales only are preferred.

Note: Candidates from the Finance, Banking, Retail, or unrelated industries without relevant industrial product-selling experience should not apply. We are specifically looking for candidates with proven experience selling products to industrial customers, factories, and manufacturing companies.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
