About the opportunity

NOFH Private Limited, established in 2018, is expanding its market for organic moringa products, nutritional supplements and functional foods. We are looking for a agile Regional Sales Manager to develop our Karnataka market through retail distribution, dealer networks and B2B business development.

Key responsibilities

- Develop distributors, dealers, organic stores, supermarkets and retail outlets.
- Build B2B relationships with nutraceutical companies, food manufacturers, wholesalers and private-label buyers.
- Achieve sales targets, expand territory coverage and generate repeat business.
- Lead customer visits, product presentations, negotiations and collections.
- Develop new markets across Karnataka and submit regular sales reports.

Candidate requirements

- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Commerce,



Agriculture or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant FMCG, organic food, nutraceutical or food-product sales experience preferred.
- Strong distributor management and B2B sales skills.
- Fluency in Kannada and English; Hindi proficiency required.
- Willingness to travel across Karnataka.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
