1.We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced State Head to lead our sales team in the GTI sales.

- As the State Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the solar energy sector.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the system integrated sales.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize their potential and performance.
- Establish sales objectives, quotas, and KPIs in alignment with organizational goals, and monitor team progress towards meeting and exceeding targets.
- Identify current business opportunities and market segments for expansion, leveraging industry trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, representing the company as a trusted advisor and solution provider.
