We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager - Operations to lead regional dealer operations, manage strategic dealer relationships, and drive business growth through a team of Key Account Managers. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder management and operational excellence skills.

What you will do:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key dealer partners.
- Act as a trusted business advisor to Dealer Principals and key decision-makers.
- Own the day to day relationship between OLX India and assigned dealer partners.
- Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of agreed solutions.
- Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of Key Account Managers.
- Set performance goals and monitor team KPIs against business targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable coaching.
- Analyse regional performance, traffic, lead generation, sales activity and TAT.
- Identify trends, gaps and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Prepare business forecasts and estimate future numbers based on performance trends.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to Dealer Principals and internal stakeholders.
- Drive adherence to defined SOPs, processes and TATs.
- Drive business performance and growth across the assigned region.
- Travel across the assigned region to meet dealer partners and support the team.

What we are looking for:

- 6+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales,



Regional Operations, Dealer Management, Business Development or a similar role.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior clients and internal teams.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
