Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to support our HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing profiles, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates to close open positions across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and assess candidate suitability.




- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining dates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
- Support the HR team in bulk hiring and urgent recruitment requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining follow-ups.
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Good candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Educational Qualifications
- Any graduate; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
