Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to onboarding.

- Handle recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions across various functions and levels.

- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, social media, walk-ins, and other channels.

- Handle high-volume recruitment and ensure timely closure of open positions.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical/management rounds, and manage candidate follow-ups.

- Develop and maintain a reliable candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

- Conduct salary discussions and coordinate offer roll-out and joining formalities.

- Track recruitment metrics such as open positions, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and joining ratio.

- Maintain accurate recruitment records, MIS reports, and recruitment trackers.

- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants, contractors, and other sourcing partners.





- Support employee onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.

- Support day-to-day HR Operations and other employee-related activities as required.

- Handle recruitment-related activities independently and contribute to improving recruitment processes.

Key Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

- Strong experience in handling diverse blue-collar and white-collar recruitment requirements.

- Should have exposure to recruiting candidates across shop-floor, technical, engineering, support, and corporate functions.

- Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels and recruitment techniques.

- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work with tight recruitment timelines.

- MSW / MBA HR / MA HRM is mandatory.

Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
