Job Responsibilities:

- Lead in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

- Contact candidates to explain job openings and check their suitability.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

- Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job portals.

- Support offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.

- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Robust interpersonal and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

- Ability to multitask and work in a team.

- Willingness to learn sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Qualification

: Graduate in HR, MBA HR, or a related field.

Experience:

Fresher / 0–2 years.
