Role & responsibilities

Handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating from Mid to senior level positions.

Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific client's requirements.

Develop creative way to attract the right people who would be interested in the chance.

Scheduling and coordinating interview of candidates until closure.

Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates for further consideration.

Drive high quality selection and positive candidate/client experience in assigned practices.

- Maintain and develop reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 to 3 years of progressive Recruiting across levels.
- Graduation is a must, Masters a plus. HR specialization a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation and writing skills.
- High degree of initiative; must be able to work independently and be a self-starter as well as a strong team player.
- Sense of urgency and business orientation combined with customer service skills.
- Ability to come across confident, credible, and articulate to senior leaders.
