Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for healthcare and corporate roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using structured/competency-based methods.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure smooth candidate communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft clear job descriptions.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and candidate experience.

Key Qualifications

- Experience: Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment (healthcare or tech background preferred).
- Skills: Candidate assessment, interviewing, JD development, and strong written/verbal communication.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and MS Office.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related practical experience.
