? Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
✅ Mandatory Requirements
- Must have completed an HR or Recruitment internship.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be born and brought up in Delhi NCR (Delhi/Gurugram only).
- Candidates must currently be based in Delhi or Gurugram only.
- Relocation cases will not be considered.
- Should be comfortable with candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment calls.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred.
? Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support daily hiring activities.
