Recruitment Coordinator -US Recruitment Services -Noida 1+ Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment operations for the US market. The ideal candidate will have exposure to US recruitment processes, interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and candidate management. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinating interview schedules, rescheduling requests, calendar invites, and candidate communications across recruitment teams.
2. Maintaining regular communication with candidates, hiring managers, recruitment partners, and internal stakeholders.
3. Tracking vacancies, interview progress, candidate feedback, and placement updates to support timely fulfilment.
4. Managing candidate documentation, offer coordination, onboarding activities, contract updates, and placement-related queries.
5. Monitoring recruitment service levels and responding to stakeholder queries within defined timelines.
6. Maintaining accurate recruitment data in ATS platforms and preparing reports to track recruitment KPIs.
7. Supporting compliance activities, including reference checks, work authorization, background verification, and client-specific requirements.
8. Coordinating timesheet administration, purchase orders, rate audits, and contract extensions wherever applicable.

Requirements
1. Exposure to US recruitment processes, staffing operations, or recruitment coordination.
2. Understanding of interview scheduling, candidate management, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment documentation.
3.



Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
5. Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment reporting, and data management.
6. Knowledge of US staffing processes, compliance requirements, and post-placement administration will be an advantage.
7. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to work.
