At AdCanopus , we’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Recruiter – Talent Acquisition to join our team and drive hiring efforts by identifying, engaging, and onboarding the right talent.

? Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

? Experience: 1–2+ years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

?️ Working Days: Monday to Friday

⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

? What You’ll Do

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
- Identify and source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment progress, maintain candidate databases, and prepare hiring updates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.





? What We’re Looking For

- 1–2+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Robust organizational skills, follow-up abilities, and a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work from our Bangalore office.
