Role Description This is a full time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions across different functions.

The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, drafting inclusive job descriptions, and using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and events to attract qualified applicants. The Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support onboarding activities in coordination with HR and business teams.



The role also includes keeping recruitment data and reports updated, adhering to company policies and local regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment coordination.
- Ability to build and manage talent pipelines using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and align selection criteria.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and basic recruitment analytics or reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on maintaining a professional and inclusive candidate experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open positions and deadlines.
- Knowledge of standard hiring practices, basic employment regulations, and ethical recruitment principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant recruitment or HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruiting for events, conferences, technology, or B2B services sectors is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
