About Us

Shine Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Wellness is a growing healthcare organization with two successful clinics in Anantapur and Kurnool. We have recently expanded to Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad, and are looking for a friendly, energetic, and patient focused receptionist to join our team.

We are looking for a receptionist with a happy and welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, and basic sales abilities. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with patients, explaining our treatment packages, managing appointments, and supporting the clinic’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients with a warm, positive, and qualified attitude.
- Handle frontdesk operations, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment scheduling.
- Explain clinic services, treatment plans, and package pricing to patients.
- Assist patients in selecting suitable packages based on their requirements and the clinic’s guidance.
- Support sales activities by following up with enquiries and converting potential patients into bookings or package purchases.
- Maintain patient records, appointment schedules, billing, and payment receipts.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other team members.
- Follow up with existing patients regarding appointments,



treatment continuity, and renewals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- A happy, friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Basic sales skills and confidence in explaining treatment packages.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle patients politely and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Previous experience in reception, sales, customer service, or healthcare administration is preferred.
