SAYZO Enterprise is hiring a Real Estate Supply Associate for a fast-growing corporate housing company. You will find, verify and sign the furnished homes that companies use to house their employees on long postings. Freshers are welcome.
About the client
Companies often put employees in hotels for six-month assignments and pay heavily for it. Our client offers furnished, professionally managed apartments and villas instead, run to a hospitality standard. Its customers are manufacturing and engineering companies setting up near industrial clusters. Each unit is signed from an individual owner, fitted out and managed for the length of the contract.
The role
Every home starts with someone finding the right building, knocking on the right door and convincing an owner to rent to a company rather than a family. That is this job, and you will be trained to do it. When a client says “we need twelve beds within fifteen minutes of our plant by March,” Supply is the team that makes it happen.
What you will do
- Map your micro-markets building by building: gated communities, standalone apartments and villas.
- Build a registry of owners, brokers, society secretaries and channel partners, with notes a colleague can act on.
- Run site visits with photos, room measurements, condition notes and a standard evaluation checklist.
- Keep a live inventory list against what clients are asking for.
- Verify each unit before it goes near a term sheet: society/RWA permission for corporate use, ownership and signing authority, sitting tenants, parking, power backup, water supply and pending dues.
- Flag deal-breakers early.
- Sit in on owner negotiations, then carry smaller deals yourself (rent, deposit, lock-in, escalation, fit-out period).
- Work with the legal team through term sheet and agreement, holding firm on non-negotiable positions.
- Stay the owner’s point of contact through handover and setup.
What a day looks like This is not a desk job. A normal day is two or three properties, a society office, a broker’s shop and plenty of WhatsApp follow-ups. Field work happens in the morning and documentation in the evening.
What this role is not
It is not project sales, plot sales, land acquisition or developer business development. You are not selling property to buyers. Your counterpart is one owner deciding whether to rent their apartment to a company.
Who we are looking for
- Local to [City]: you know its areas and are not relocating.
- Your own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (mandatory)
- 1 to 2 years of experience, or a fresher. Helpful backgrounds include co-living, managed rentals, serviced or corporate housing, residential leasing or broking, property or facility management, and field sales or business development with numbers you can show.
- Any degree background is fine: real estate, commerce, hotel management, engineering.
- Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets, and able to write a clear paragraph.
- Fluent in the languages spoken in your city.
- Able to hold a straight conversation with a suspicious 55-year-old landlord, with confidence but without pushiness.
- Someone who writes things down and says a date is slipping while there is still time to fix it.
Your first 90 days
- Day 30: Micro-markets mapped, 15 to 20 broker and owner contacts logged, and at least 10 site visits shadowed.
- Day 60: Running site visits alone, verifying at least 5 units independently, and building your first shortlist.
- Day 90: Owning a live pipeline, sitting in on live negotiations, and handling most of one deal with the owner.
What you get
- Direct training and real exposure to how deals get decided.
- The whole cycle: sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, documentation and handover.
- Written checklists and clear standards, rather than being thrown at a target.
- A growth path to Supply Manager, owning a city.
