Primary Skills

- 4-8 years of working experience in ADAS projects with hands-on involvement in RADAR software/logic development and validation
- Knowledge of ADAS sensor interfaces, sensor architecture, and vehicle network integration
- Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Flex Ray, Automotive Ethernet, and diagnostic communication.
- Robust debugging skills in Embedded C Using Lauterbach, JTAG, Trace32, CANoe, and embedded software debugging tools
- Experience with AI-driven engineering analytics, RADAR data processing, algorithm performance analysis, and project automation

Secondary Skills

- Experience in RADAR Algorithm Performance Analysis, object detection, tracking, classification, blockage detection, and parameter tuning.
- Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink for algorithm development, simulation, and data analysis.




- Experience with Polarion, DOORS, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git for requirements, traceability, project, and configuration management.

- Develop, integrate, and validate ADAS RADAR logic functions including object detection, tracking, classification, blockage detection, diagnostics
- Perform software requirements analysis, design, implementation, verification, and debugging activities while ensuring compliance with Automotive SPICE
- Utilize AI Copilot tools (GitHub Copilot, Engineering AI Assistants)
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to support RADAR SW Development
