Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Quote to Cash Professional, you will utilize Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge to perform supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise. You will play a key role in promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity through accurate handling of processing/transaction requirements.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

- Manage Quote to Cash Transactions: Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and agreements, and execute defined fulfillment processes in line with business controls to meet business objectives.
- Ensure Accurate Processing: Handle processing/transaction requirements accurately, and promote client satisfaction and sales productivity through efficient order, billing, and end-to-end transactions.
- Execute Order to Cash Integration: Integrate order to cash processes to ensure seamless transactions across the extended enterprise.
- Maintain Customer Records:



Manage customer master records to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Perform Contract Audit and Registration: Conduct contract audits and register contracts to ensure compliance with business controls.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise

- Q2C Process Knowledge: Experience with Quote to Cash (Q2C) process, including supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise.
- Transaction Management: Experience in managing quote to cash transactions, including quote/proposal preparation, contract audit and registration, order, billing, and end-to-end transactions.
- Fulfillment Process Execution: Experience executing defined fulfillment processes in line with business controls to meet business objectives.
- Order to Cash Integration: Experience integrating order to cash processes to ensure seamless transactions across the extended enterprise.
- Contract Management: Experience with basic contract/agreement preparation and contract audit and registration to ensure compliance with business controls.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

- Advanced Q2C Process Knowledge: Experience with complex Quote to Cash transactions, including supply and demand management across multiple stakeholders. Ability to analyze and optimize Q2C processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Integrated Order to Cash Expertise: Experience integrating order to cash processes with other business functions, such as sales and customer service, to ensure seamless transactions and improved sales productivity.
- Contract Management Expertise: Experience with advanced contract management, including contract negotiation, audit, and registration, to ensure compliance with business controls and regulatory requirements.
