About Our Client The organisation operates in the FMCG Space.

- Manage ecommerce customer accounts and maintain regular contact with key partners.

- Work with the Sales team to plan account activities and meet agreed sales targets.

- Track orders, stock availability and product listings to keep accounts running smoothly.

- Share product, pricing and promotion details with ecommerce partners.

- Follow up on account queries and help resolve order-related issues.

- Review sales performance and highlight account trends to the team.

- Work with internal teams to ensure timely product availability for ecommerce customers.

- Maintain accurate account records, sales updates and partner information.

The Successful Applicant





We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Experience managing ecommerce accounts or online sales activities.

- Understanding of key account management and customer relationship handling.

- Confidence working with sales figures, order details and account updates.

- Ability to work with sales, supply chain and customer service teams.

- Valuable knowledge of ecommerce platforms and product listing processes.

- Confidence using Excel and other office tools for sales tracking.
