Qualification: BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) department.
- Manage incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Ensure transformer testing and quality compliance as per applicable IS/IEC standards.
- Handle ISO 9001 audits, customer inspections, and supplier quality.
- Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, CAPA, and corrective actions.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and quality-related costs.
- Lead the Quality team and coordinate with Production, Design,
Purchase, and Testing departments.
Candidate Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in the transformer manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience independently managing the complete Quality Department.
- Robust knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes, inspection, testing, and quality systems.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
