Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager / Assistant Manager to support and manage quality-related activities within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day quality management activities.
- Ensure implementation of hospital quality standards and processes.
- Monitor compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments for quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify operational gaps and support corrective actions.
- Maintain quality-related documentation and reports.
- Support audits, inspections and compliance activities.




- Work closely with hospital management and department teams to improve service quality.

Candidate Requirements:

- MHA qualification is required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and quality processes.
- Valuable communication, coordination and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple hospital departments.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
