Hiring Requirement – Quality Head (Forging Plant)
Position: Quality Head
Industry: Auto Components / Forging
Experience: 15–20 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Knowledge of forging processes, CNC machining, and heat treatment.
- Handling customer audits, supplier quality, and customer complaints.
- Implementation of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
- Managing the quality team and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Monitoring rejection, rework, PPM, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensuring compliance with customer-specific quality requirements.
Preferred Candidate: Experienced in an automobile forging or auto-component manufacturing plant. Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
