Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Incharge to oversee quality control activities and ensure that products meet the required quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production quality, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor quality at different stages of production.
- Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
- Ensure products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Identify defects and coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor rejection rates and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Investigate quality complaints and support root-cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to improve product quality.




- Conduct regular quality checks and guide production staff on quality requirements.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Ability to identify defects and perform product inspections.
- Positive observation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality documentation and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of quality tools and root-cause analysis.
- Familiarity with 5S and continuous improvement practices.

Eligibility
- Any degree.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in quality control or quality assurance.
- Candidates with manufacturing quality inspection experience are preferred.
