Qualification - B.tech, diploma

Salary - 3 to 3.2 LPA

Essential Conduct continues Patrols along assigned production lines

- • Perform visual,diemensional and functional inspections of assembly components
- • Shop floor management, People management skill
- • Basic Knowledge with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a Cross functional team ( CFT )
- • Basic Knowledge in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- • Basic Knowledge in Scrap analysys Methods such as 5 Why Why analysys,8D and CAPA report.
- • Responsible for Quality checks and ensuring all products meet standards
- • Ability to use measurement tools such as Vernier Calipers,Screw Gague,Dial Gauge,etc.,
- • Knowledge in Quality Methodologies Poka Yoke,SPC snd 4M Change management.

Optional • Automotive industry and Japanese company experience will be an added advantage
- • Early Joiner Prefered

Others Familiar with Muda Elimination and consumables reduction initiatives
- • Preferable language Tamil, English & Hindi
