We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of stretch ceiling materials, architectural lighting products, profiles, fabrics and related components. The candidate will be responsible for material inspection, quality testing, identifying defects, maintaining quality documentation and coordinating with production, vendors, project teams and installation teams to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Material Inspection and Quality Control

- Inspect incoming stretch ceiling fabrics, aluminium/PVC profiles, LED lighting, drivers, accessories and other related materials.
- Verify material specifications, dimensions, colour, finish and quantities against approved drawings, purchase orders and specifications.
- Identify damaged, defective or non-conforming materials and coordinate corrective action.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections before dispatch.

2. Stretch Ceiling and Lighting Quality

- Check fabric quality, surface finish, colour consistency, defects and dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect profiles, joints, connectors, lighting components and accessories for quality and compatibility.
- Verify LED lighting performance, colour consistency and other applicable electrical quality parameters.
- Support quality checks during stretch ceiling installation and project handover.

3. Testing and Documentation





- Prepare inspection reports, quality checklists, non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective action reports.
- Maintain records of incoming materials, inspection results, rejected materials and customer complaints.
- Develop and update quality standards, inspection procedures and checklists.
- Ensure materials comply with approved specifications and applicable standards.

4. Vendor and Production Coordination

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve quality issues.
- Work with production, procurement, project and installation teams to prevent recurring defects.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor quality issues related to material damage, profile compatibility, lighting performance and installation.

5. Customer Complaints and Continuous Improvement

- Investigate product quality complaints and identify the root cause.
- Coordinate corrective action and follow up until the issue is resolved.
- Recommend improvements to reduce rejection, wastage, rework and customer complaints.
- Conduct quality checks before material dispatch and project completion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
