Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Quality Engineer located in Pune, Maharashtra.

The Quality

Engineer will oversee product quality processes, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing quality control processes, supporting quality assurance activities, and identifying opportunities for improvement in product and manufacturing systems.



The role will involve coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain superior quality standards and streamline quality management practices.

Qualifications

- Experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.
- Proficiency in Quality Control processes, including inspection, testing, and identifying defects.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles to monitor and improve manufacturing reliability and consistency.
- Understanding of Product Quality strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure product excellence.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry certifications like ASME and IBR regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
