Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration.

Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration within the development ecosystem.

Your role includes executing continuous testing practices focused on various aspects such as security, application programming interfaces, and regression. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in reviewing code, tracking defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle, fostering a culture of quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
- Maintain and enhance automated test suites to improve coverage and reliability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor testing processes and metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Good to have experience in BDD cucumber
- Good to have experience in Selenium with Java
- Good to have experience with GitHub copilot
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using Playwright.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to develop and maintain regression, security, and API test suites.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and test automation best practices.
- Experience in defect tracking and reporting tools to support quality assurance processes.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at Pune client office.
- Should be ready to work in shift B 12-9:30 PM
- A 15 years full time education is required.
