Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with 1+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software testing methodologies, test case preparation, defect tracking, and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements to understand testing needs.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
- Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Perform manual testing of web-based and software applications.
- Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing.
- Maintain test documentation and prepare test execution reports.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on application quality.
- Ensure applications meet quality standards before release.

Required Skills

- 1+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.




- Positive understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Knowledge of manual testing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in writing test cases and test scenarios.
- Familiarity with defect-tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium or similar tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman is an added advantage.
