Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely completion of testing.

- GMP and Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, Schedule M, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain compliance with USFDA, WHO-GMP, and other applicable regulatory standards. Prepare the QC laboratory for regulatory inspections and customer audits.
- Documentation and Data Integrity Review analytical worksheets, laboratory registers, logbooks, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs). Ensure ALCOA+ data integrity principles are followed. Maintain proper documentation according to approved procedures.

Identify root causes and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). 6.

Instrument

Calibration and Maintenance Ensure timely calibration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments. Monitor instrument performance and maintain equipment records. Coordinate with the Engineering and Calibration teams. 7.

Stability Studies





Supervise stability studies as per approved protocols and applicable guidelines. Ensure samples are stored under specified conditions. Review stability results and monitor product trends throughout shelf life. 8.

Team Management

Supervise QC officers, executives, chemists, and laboratory analysts. Allocate daily testing activities and monitor workload. Train staff on SOPs, GMP, laboratory safety, and analytical techniqu
