Job Title: QA Metrics Reporting Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Own the QA KPI framework, metric definitions, data collection, and reporting processes.
- Establish quality baselines and measure quality improvements across project phases.
- Track key metrics such as FT Pass Rate, defect density, defect leakage, test coverage, automation, cycle time, and release readiness.
- Develop operational and executive-level QA dashboards with trend analysis and drill-down reporting.
- Analyse quality trends, defect patterns, risks, and process bottlenecks.
- Correlate QA metrics with release outcomes and business impact.
- Automate QA data collection and reporting wherever possible.
- Support AI-assisted quality analytics, predictive insights, and executive reporting.

Must-Have Skills

- 7 12 years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering.




- Strong hands-on experience in QA metrics, KPI frameworks, and quality reporting.
- Experience developing QA dashboards and executive reports.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of defect lifecycle, test coverage, and quality KPIs.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Valuable-to-Have Skills

- Advanced Power BI and data visualization.
- Python and data analytics.
- AI/GenAI or predictive quality analytics.
- Data Lake experience.
- Enterprise-wide QA KPI framework implementation.
