Job Summary

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to ensure that construction activities, materials, workmanship, and completed works meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and implement project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures.
- Conduct inspections of civil works including RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Check the quality of incoming construction materials and ensure they meet approved specifications.
- Coordinate and witness material testing such as concrete, cement, aggregates, steel, blocks, tiles, and other construction materials.
- Maintain inspection reports, test reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
- Conduct Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and Inspection Requests (IR) as required.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved method statements, ITPs, drawings, and specifications.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with site engineers and contractors for corrective actions.
- Raise and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required.
- Monitor concrete pouring activities, including slump tests, cube testing, and proper documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects or deviations at an early stage.
- Ensure proper execution of waterproofing and other critical construction activities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and subcontractors regarding quality-related matters.




- Maintain proper records of quality inspections, testing, approvals, and corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing snag lists and ensure timely rectification and closure.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections at project sites.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, project specifications, safety requirements, and company quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement of construction quality and minimize rework.

Required Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in QA/QC in construction/building projects preferred.
- Knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and quality control practices.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably with builders or high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Candidates with experience in RCC and finishing works will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
